Two Reasons why God wears Vibuthi

1. So why is God supposed to wear holy ash? Those who go to pray to God are therefore subject to a mountain of karma. In order to erase the soul’s karma, the god dons sacred ash. The Manikavasagar, who brought up Thirukovaiyar, mentions these.
2. Generally, Thirunavukarasar said that he has changed when compared to the past, God, as he is wearing Bhasma all the time in his forehead. He was cured of severe stomach pain after applying it.
3. Another explanation is that God wears the ashes from the earth’s fire. We refer to it as Sankara Time. The Sundarar also wore Vibuthi on thinking of Lord Shiva’s feet.

Nayanmargal

1. Volunteers are like leaders. Even the 63 nayanmargal (Shiva devotees) wore holy ash all the time, as there were volunteers.
2. Further, these 63 Nayanmargal (Shiva Devotees) had each norm in their life. Even the Kailayam appearance is like Vibuthi covered around it.
